Cancellation Policy: This event is a fundraiser for the Tillamook Cross Country program. The cancelation policy up until Feb. 15th is 50% minus the processing fee. After Feb. 15th there is no refund, however, you can transfer your team payment to another team. There is no refund if it is raining, snowing, blowing the day of the event.
Privacy Policy: The Tillamook Distance Project does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, however, we will keep your information to contact you regarding other events that benefit Tillamook Distance Project (i.e. other races, etc.).
Credit Card Processing: THS cross country coach Pat Zweifel has a business called Oregon Coastal Flowers. He uses this business to charge credit cards. So you will see “Oregon Coastal Flowers LLC” as the payee on your credit card statement. Please do not charge back saying that you didn’t buy anything from Oregon Coastal Flowers. Thank you.
