3 start times:
7:30 a.m. This start time is for walkers–either walking teams or solo marathoners. Our timers and all volunteers will go home at 3 p.m. If you start at 7:30 a.m. you can walk slowly and still finish prior to 3 p.m. THIS START TIME IS ONLY FOR WALKERS.
8:00 am. Choose this start time if you’d like an earlier start. This will help alleviate congestion at the exchange zones. You can also use this start time if you think that finishing within 6 hours will be a challenge.
9:00 a.m. The majority of solo runners and teams will use this start time. You can voluntarily chose the 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. start, however, we encourage the most competitive runners to use the 9 a.m. start.

|T-Shirts||T-shirts come along with the registration cost for those teams registering before Feb. 21st. T-shirts will not be included for those registering after Feb. 10th.|
|Timing||Milepost Adventures will provide timing services for the 3 Capes Marathon Relay. The finishing runner on each team will need to wear the bib with the chip. They will be specially marked. We will keep finish times for teams, but individual leg times need to be kept by the team. We will provide a split sheet for you to fill out during the race. You can then submit split times online to be a part of the archive. Finish times will be available at the finish, but leg times will not be available until later that weekend. They will be posted on the website at www.threecapesrelay.com.|
|Awards||Every participant will receive a custom Three Capes Relay Medal when crossing the finish line. There will be no awards given to winning teams as the finishing time is so staggered.|
|Pre-Race Packet Pickup & Late Registration||Team captains please pick up your packets from 6 to 8 pm in the foyer of Tillamook High School on Feb. 25th. You can also register up to this time. Packets can also be picked up the morning of the race from 7-8:30 am near the starting line, but no new registrations will be accepted at that time.|

Runners need to understand that they need to take their safety serious and great care must be exercised at all times by runners and team vehicles.|
