Be sure to sign up for the 3 Capes Relay by this Sunday in order to get the free performance t-shirt with your registration. You can register up until Feb. 27th, but it will not include a t-shirt. I’m also looking for volunteers to help with the exchange zones. If you’re interested in helping, give me your shirt size by Sunday and I’ll make sure you’re visible on race day.
