It is unfortunate that i have to announce that 3 Capes Relay has been cancelled due to road closures and the Tillamook County’s inability to get them open by tomorrow morning (they must prioritize their work).
Please help spread the word.
I’m very sorry that i didn’t predict this correctly yesterday, but facts are facts and sometimes optimism isn’t enough.
I will e-mail teams over the weekend to give them a choice to defer their registration cost to next year or if they would like a refund. Please let us get through today before requesting a refund. It’s been a bit stressful.
This is a non-profit that goes to support youth running in the Pacific NW, so if you won’t miss your registration fees, it is going to a good cause.
