If you’re a solo marathoner and require a ride from the finish area in Pacific City to the start in Cape Meares, we have a 6:30 am shuttle and a 7:30 am shuttle. The 6:30 am shuttle is for the 7:30 am and 8:00 am start time. The 7:30 am shuttle is for the 9:00 am start. The shuttle meeting area is at the kiosk in the parking lot adjacent to the Pelican Pub and finish area. The photo of this kiosk is below. If you have not signed up for the shuttle, please do so HERE.
Please do not be late. A few years ago we had a runner fly in from New York to run and she was 10 minutes late to the shuttle and missed the race! The ride takes about 50 minutes. You will have enough time to check-in at the start line (though 7:30 am starters won’t have much time). You can leave a bag with the check-in area which will be at the finish line in Pacific City.
